went to sentosa with pei yien val and sijing after physics paper on fri!

i cannot even rmb when i last stepped into sentosa -.-

played volleyball (which yien bought on tt day at harbourfront centre. lol) and frisbee!
e sun was so hot so hot so hot and e sand was scalding!
now i have even more obvious tan lines on my legs and arms AHHH T.T

when yien and i were on our way to e toilet we saw 4 kittens!!!
SO YOUNG SO YOUNG DE SOMEMORE!

we started trying to lure them out and we took SO LONG SO LONG before we managed to touch one of them! we ended in some rubbish bin area somemore -.o

but it was all so worth it SO SO WORTH IT!

we played with 2 of them and they were SO FRIENDLY! :D
they'd lick our hands and feet and this little white-brown one slept on my hands and i felt something churning in its stomach and i think it was purring!! and it used its claws and held my finger while it slept!! AHH~~ *MELTS

i had such a dramatic day today! -.-

i left my house too late and so unfortunately my bus was at e bus stop when i was like 100m away.
considering that i'd prob have to wait ard 10+min for e next bus i decided to go to the bus stop that is 2 stops away cus it has both 66 and 157. and i know that e bus usually takes quite long to travel tt 2 bus stops i decided to run to tt bus stop so tt MAYBE i could catch it.

and so i ran -.- (ran and walked la my stamina not tt good)

when i was ard 100m away from tt bus stop i saw tt same bus at the bus stop again! -.-
talk abt unlucky things happening twice.

anw there was a 66 behind so i boarded it all hot and sweaty.

rah the bus was so so hot even though i aimed e aircon at me cus e air coming out was not cold either!

and it didnt help tt e bus became more crowded after tt ._.
eventually along bukit timah road there an uncle went forward and asked the uncle whether the aircon was switched on (in dialect! sounded quite funny =X)
anw tt caused the bus uncle to pull up by the side of e road and call the interchange (i think. or headquarters) abt the prob. and the guy on the other side kept telling him stuff like ask the passengers if they want to get off the bus and stuff like tt. anw it kept dragging on and i was quite pissed (cus i was alr late -.-) everyone ignore the uncle when he asked the passengers what they wanted him to do and FINALLY he decided to remove the bus sign and not pick up anymore passengers and just drive on so the passengers can get off at their stops. [what made me even more exasperated was that a double deck 157 chose to whiz by us when the uncle was busy thinking abt his aircon prob T.T]

in e end i was arnd 15 min late and i ran from the bus stop into the sch only to realise tt e meeting hadnt even started -.- AND. what really really really make me v pissed was tt in the end i did not even attend e meeting cus mr ng talked to the ics for a v long time so we just ended up in dazu at 9.

wth did i run so much for?! o.o

went to nus open house on sun with yien val yiwen sijing.
saw bek yuxing liting! got such a big shock when i saw bek pointing at me. haha. my brain was abit lag tt day.
anw by the end of it all we were like "da4 bao1 xiao3 bao1" and everything was so heavy! (mostly due to the drinks though) i still had to lug everything back to the nusco concert at ucc. seems like my whole day revolved in nus. (excluding the 10 mins spent at sijing's house. couldnt stay to play cards or billards -.-)

it's been more than one month and i still cant believe how my life has turned out in j2.

every single day i have to get out of my house.

not once can i just stay home all day. have the whole day to myself.

i swear my chem is getting better! i like organic chem so much now :D esp all e synthesis.

i'm still feeling quite grumpy abt having tuition on weekends which effectively means that my whole week is ruined. i need rest too! argh.

for so many many days my life has been totally occupied with school, school and just school.

there isnt even anyone whom i can go to all my classes with.

it's like being dumped into a class of total strangers (almost) with only e teacher being the most familiar face.

i'm tired.

from mon to wed 8-6 i have been doing cip -- a camp for CDAC children

(better put down names before i really forget them =X)
in my group i had jeremy (hyperactive and violent) edwin (cute chubby and quite nian2 ren2) junleong (hyperhyperactive and loves running) edmund (more loner but likes to play. junleong's elder brother) brandon (si2 dang3 of jeremy) lisa (eldest and only girl in the group.more sensible).

my group was seriously the most hyperactive one.. when other children were obediently sitting down my group was running after tuckwen in the hall -.- haha. so i had free exercise for 3 days running up and down staircases and in the hall trying to catch them. plus they are so active we kept having to play ball games with them to prevent them from wandering off. lol.

but on the whole they're really very fun to be with if only they'd be less violent and less hyper at times. haha. anw they'd prob forget all abt us in the future. oh well. like i remember what happened to me when i was in pri 3/4. >.<

anw i was springcleaning my room over the weekend and i found my once-thought-to-be-long-lost little white book! hip hip hooray! :D

when i was washing up the dishes after dinner i saw something that i've never dared to touch all my life! (at least in my memory la. i dont know if i was that courageous when i was young. hahah)

an earthworm!

all pink and small and squirmy and thin and wet and slimy..........

when i saw it i suddenly realised that i'm actually quite scared of worms. haha. subconsciously.

but still.

it's not very nice to look at.

lol.

it was at e side of e basin and i noticed it when i was cleaning up.

it's really quite small. and i only knew it was an earthworm because i used to see them at e basin from time to time. (whenever my grandmother cooked cabbages, i suspect. >.<)

it squirmed when i poked it with e green scrubbing pad. (sadistic. i know. i just wanted to check if it was alive.)

anyway.

it was alive and i was thinking if i accidentally "dirtied" it with soap so i dripped a little water on it and poked it with my fingernail.

but i could not bring myself to touch it because i really really didnt like it. (even though it's really quite a harmless thing. T.T)

usually i tell my grandfather abt it and he just pinches it away like it's a piece of string.

but he wasnt at home

SO.

i did the next best thing i could.

i poked e earthworm up with a toothpick and deposited it in the fishtank!

lol. this is the typical fate of all earthworms found in the house

in one week i managed to hurt my head thrice, hip and ankle once.

1 head injury was from crashing into youxin's head cus we both wanted to pick up my wallet. =X
2 head injuries were from basketball [ once cus e stupid ball hit my head (last week) and e other time cus i crashed into debbie's head. now my cheek got bruise. T.T ]

e hip injury was also from basketball cus yingjie crashed into my hip. haha so also got bruise liao.

[ oh anyway background information: we were playing basketball this tues after econs tutorial. haha around 20 ppl somemore. "class bonding". haha. but e game was super aggressive. ]

e ankle injury. uh. sprouted out of nowhere. haha i also dunno how. it's on e left ankle and it's e same kind of injury as the one i had on my right ankle earlier this year! tt one also popped out of nowhere! haha i still think i injured it in my sleep. i think i'm really naturally accident prone. -.-

which makes it pretty understandable why me tc n yingxu were in such a huge hurry to rush into ny.

but it was so worth it!

e highlight of e day was e dance by e Local Delight stall uncle n aunty!!

plus the school's atmosphere was really great. everyone was so high!!!

eh we were supposed to meet xiaohong n peishan n wenyan there but due to the extremely good time management of our dear juniors me tc n ps decided to go for lunch first. haha. luckily xiaohong came pretty soon.

note: we were supposed to meet at 1 and wenyan appeared at 4. -.-

so we had to slack n wait n rot n gossip until this DEAR junior appeared. haha.

but it was worth it cus after tt she bought chocolate cookies for us (:

oh anyway something funny happened to me on my way home! (from bishan to jurongeast)
i accidentally fell asleep on the train den i think i knocked e guy next to me (lightly!) den suddenly he nudged me! so i was like awake (bei4 xia4 xing3) den i looked at him den i was trying to register his face cus i thought maybe it was like someone i know.
and he said
yao4 dao4 zhan4 liao. (since e train ends at jurong)
so i said "oh. xie4 xie4" den i smiled at him sleepily. haha. =X
after tt he stood up and walked to wait for the train to stop n i saw tt he had two tatoos on his arms!

cip on saturday! (Animals R for Life)

met peijia n yien at e bus stop n i realised that my phone was spoilt. (in other words Singtel is pretty screwed up cus i couldnt receive any msgs. and those tt i sent out nv reached them either. -.-)

took bus down to bukit panjang together and slacked for quite a while in e mall cus we had no idea where to go until we finally decided to follow this grp of girls who looked like they were doing cip also. haha and we were right!

set up e doggie bakery stall at one side of that place (i dunno what tt place is supposed to be. abit hard to explain. haha) we were selling cookies (apple chip, peanut butter, meal in a cookie and fruits and nuts), tarts and pizzas tt came in chicken and lamb. abit expensive though, 10 bucks for e cookies, 8 for e pizzas and 6 for tarts.

business on e whole was not as good as we would have preferred but then again it's pretty hard to sell dog food expecially when there wasnt a lot of dog owners there and that e ppl from hc had already sold it to the owners before. so there were owners who told us that their dog didnt like e food so we couldnt do anything abt tt. >.<

but i really enjoyed e day because of all e dogs!

i saw 2 golden retrievers, a labrador, a husky (white! (:), jack russells, a collie, a shetland sheepdog and many other terriers and shih tzus. of course there were other breeds but i dunno all of them. there were two tt looked like small mops running around on e floor =X notice all e "a"s above. haha tt shows how little dogs there were. but these were e ones i paid more attention to due to their size. :D

my favourite was the collie named Russell and it looks really elegant!! such a handsome boy! haha. XD i got to touch it a lot a lot a lot of times cus his owner put him in pet care n e girl let me be in charge of it! e owner took e leash off at first but we put it back cus i was scared tt i might not have been able to control it and cus it liked to squeeze through the bars to try to get over to the side where 2 shih tzus were. i really liked looking after him a lot but after a while he got really sad and kept whining cus he missed his owner and tt got me a little worried. T.T luckily his owner came back really soon and we returned russell to her. i really liked him a lot cus he's a very tame dog. (:

haha i realised tt i have lots of stories to tell abt everything tt happened tt day but i'm not going to post it here partly cus i'm lazy n partly cus it'll make e post a really draggy one. =X ask me if you want to know. lol. i'll prob concentrate on russell only for now (:

so anyway.

there was this pet look-alike competition and russell and his owner took part in it. however, russell suddenly dragged the owner to our stall which was at e opposite side of where e competitors were supposed to gather. his owner then told us tt russell refused to go over to where all e other dogs were because the smaller dogs liked to bite him. poor russell. they had to go up e stage using e stairs on e other side eventually. (oh anyway ever since i took care of russell whenever he was near e stall he'd come to me when i called him and let me pet him! so sweet! ((: oh man i love collies so much now XD)
btw.
they got 2nd for e competition! argh. so sad lar! 1st went to this woman with a very noisy and small dog tt looked a little like a fox (i forgot e breed) and i think they so did not deserve the prize. hmph. nvm at least russell won something. his owner is a really nice lady and seriously they deserved something better. like gold. argh.
oh well.

anyway.
i managed to touch so many dogs! haha. either i tried to lure them over or i touched them when trying to promote the dog food. haha so unprofessional. my main aim e whole day was prob just to play with as many dogs as possible =X oh well. i feel so deprived now. i cant wait for peijia's puppies to come (: yien n i already book appointments with pj to go her house once e puppies come. haha. how exciting.

oh no i think my entries are getting more n more unsystematic and it's really becoming nonsensical rambling. oh dear.

I SURVIVED CANOE CIP!

haha to me it's quite an accomplishment cus i managed to live throughout the whole thing >.<

plus i managed to keep up with their speed. haha. esp during e JOGgings.

i'm pretty amazed with myself. XD

lol i think today's national day celebration was quite a flop.. mostly due to the sound system i guess. ended up playing floorball behind e grandstand and strolling around with meiqi (:
we walked along the nj walkway and contemplated climbing gates just to play with the swings in ny =X ended up at the left side of the grandstand behind aqua. hehe i think meiqi should change house. i also feel like changing. but not to aqua. (:
was there for e rest of e celebration with xin4 fu2 de meiqi. hehe.
was still there with xin4 fu2 de meiqi after most of e ppl left cus.. there was still SOMEONE there. (:
ended up clearing the entire left side of the grandstand with meiqi and cindy cus we couldnt bear to see cindy do everything herself. i think e grandstand hasnt been cleaned for a really long time because i found a lizard skeleton on the floor. -.- oh well. it was quite satisfying though to see the grandstand so clean (: but it's so ironic. we cleaned up the left side of the grandstand when our house was at e other side. -.- (why are we so nice ar. haha)
could feel muscles forming at my legs after jumping around so much on e grandstand.. after tt still went to play basketball with peijia they all. >.<
slacked in school for very long before going to j8 with peijia yien yiwen and valerie(who left at e mrt station to go out with her mum) yien's speed of eating was as though she was starved for many days cus she had to chiong for guitar. haha. so in e end me n peijia n yiwen walked around j8 to look at earrings but e majority of e time was prob spent in Best at e vcd n dvds section where we talked and talked and commented on all e different shows and movies. e staff there kept looking at us suspiciously. =X lol

anyway.
we left at arnd 3+ so me n yiwen took e train home. there was a super cute boy! long lashes!! ((:

he was actually sitting opposite us but he asked his mum to change places and he ended up beside me!! hehe. i know he secretly loves me. aww. <3
he kept smiling to me and occasionally trying to tiao3 dou4 me by offering me peeps of his guardian plastic bag with sweets inside! ((: he'd also keep repeating all e station names after the announcements and then make loads of funny sounds! den he'll turn around and smile at me!! (((: (heart melts. haha) even after we got off e red line mrt his mum n him n me went to the same train again! but his stop was further than mine so i said bye to him when i had to get off and he said bye very loudly to me! LOL. he went like "byebye (shyly at first) then BYEBYE! (loudly) and BYEBYE JIEJIE! (very loudly)" when i walked out of the train. (aww. so sweet right!! XD)

had op workshop today.
e presentation part by the trainer was alright. e part i was worried about was the speeches. haha
our trainer was quite nice i guess.. even though he looks like he does Botox
i did the topic on sleep and wrote lots of crap (as i later found out while listening to other ppl's speeches)
nicholas was before me and his speech was... ... (cant find suitable adjective)
reaction of class: most of the guys gave him a standing ovation after he finished.
oh well i guess you get what i mean.
his standard was set so high that i was so stressed. argh.
i was on e verge of freaking out during the whole thing but luckily i survived. haha
and what made it worse was that we had to watch the video taken of us doing the speeches.

oops after blogging about e ny funfair i realised i forgot to blog about my movie date with yuxing (aww) before e funfair =X ok nvm now bu3 also can (:

haha so i met yuxing after her test at orchard (was late cus bek was also meeting a 12 may guy at orchard den i was supposed to give them more time together. heehee (:) but in e end tt guy was late so didnt even get to see him and instead there was another guy with a pink razr >.<>

realised at e mrt station that our intended destination was supposed to be cine so we were actually one mrt station away from it. haha ended up walking there and met diana n sister, shizhen n saw a lot of other ac ppl. watched King and the Clown with yuxing n shizhen (:

oops i have a feeling that i may not blog abt japan anymore.. or maybe i'll finally do that one day when i'm in e right mood =X

Anyway.

ytd was nyco concert! :D
was with zhangwei the whole day.. haha we walked from orchard mrt station to taka to lucky plaza (we were only too glad to leave tt place) to heeren to plaza sing where we FINALLY found flowers.. phew. [ i guess this explains why my leg ached like crazy when i was walking home.. T.T ]
bought some flowers at e shop n found ger's aloe vera at Carrefour (heehee XD).. bought green apples for some juniors n another bunch of white flowers as well.. [ was on quite a tight budget since me n zw were nearing bankruptcy. haha ]

was supposed to sit at T for e concert but was nice and changed seats with some ny teachers =X dont think they knew who we were anyway. haha. so we ended up at N.. e view wasnt too bad either actually.

lin lao conducted first.. [ he looks e same.. a little plumper though. n his hair was very odd. striped. >.< ] music wise it was okay i guess.. but as zw said lin lao was rather ambitious by choosing those songs cus e style wasnt really very suitable for nyco. n e co still lacks taifeng. haha. except for some ppl.. but it looked odd to see some movement in certain areas only. =X
ooh n xiaohong always looked sian diao!! haha. -.-

alumni had very little ppl.. but i think e music quality was prob better than e co =X like dizi yin se n stuff like tt. or maybe i'm just plain biased. haha. it's so hard to describe what i felt sitting at e audience seat watching e ppl whom i once practised n performed with performing as an orchestra (plus some seniors whom i nv even realised existed =X) i started to doubt my choice to not join alumni. i was subconsciously longing to perform with them again. san shi li pu was such a short song n it was simply not enough to satisfy my desire to hear more from what that orchestra was capable of performing. but there's always e prob of not having enough ppl.. -.o
sigh. oh well.

shall skip right to the last song. huang he gang qin xie zhou qu. chan yi looked chio and her piano skills were scary. haha i never knew she was that pro. XD hidden talent in suona. haha. oh n melissa played cizhong suo! so cool lar. she played as though it was nth much... so effortlessly.. she must have great lung capacity. haha. i must admit our juniors improved since i last heard them play. (but tt was like MONTHS ago.. so....... -.-) oh but i still could hear yin bu zhun! hahaha okay nvm. >.<

enjoyed the second half of e concert better.. missed mrs ee's conducting.. sometimes i can just visualise her expressions during conducting.. with all her little actions.. AH. oh well nvm mr lum's pretty cute too i guess. >.<>

oh man i know i'm really behind on posting abt the japan trip but there just seems like too much to blog.. T.T
anyway i dont think i'll blog tt much on the trip (hopefully.. if not i'll have to type till tmr night -.-) partly cus i dont have the patience and partly cus it's pretty hard to fully describe what happened in those 7 days.. SO many things happened..

hmm, ever since i came back to singapore i've been missing everything in japan, from their service to their temperature. and singapore just seems so pathetic as compared to them now. haha. at narita airport kangwei was still saying abt how he'd be writing lots of complaints abt services when he returned to singapore. really. the japanese are just so friendly and polite (even though they talk in japanese but still it's e attitude that matters (:)

decided that i should talk abt the main focus of the trip first - the exchange programme + concert with Soka High School! (: went to Soka High School on 10 June for rehersal. (oh and i forgot to mention that everywhere we went in Japan we were treated so well we felt like VIPs! haha the staff would either stand outside or inside and clap when we arrived.. so there was always a very warm welcome for us ((: we felt so pampered. haha) anyway after a warm up on e stage we were led away by students into the canteen for lunch and between me, huichueh, jingxin and justin we had 3 student guides (tetsuro, toru and e president whose name i've forgotten. oh no. =X) after lunch was the school tour.. and at one point we went to the chemistry lab and the teacher wanted to show us magic! so cute la. haha. so we sat down n he poured two colourless solutions together and asked us to stare at it.. and he kept insisting that magic would happen. den suddenly the whole solution turned orange! hahaha and we were like shocked for a while then started clapping! (: their chem lessons look soo much more fun than ours lor. (n chem teacher too. hehe) oh n outside the gym was the school song so the students stood there to sing for us (they were so enthu abt singing it la!) i shall talk more abt the school song later. XD

e 12th was the concert day n we had to wear our white long sleeves with blazer n school skirt n tie plus court shoes.. so it was quite uncomfortable.. haha. plus my long sleeve shirt was of a wrong size. (due to prom. haha. if anyone still remembers what i wore >.<) we had to walk from soka high school to soka elementary school (in court shoes. T.T) but the children were uber cute! ((((: and so small!! hahaha (pedo-ing~) we managed to peep in at their lessons like calligraphy, english, jap... and i was smitten with all e children. wahah. got non-jap too!! pretty girl somemore.. hehe. x)
had to walk back to soka high school after tt.. (ok now i shall skip right to e concert)

guzheng n e koto club performed first (i spotted so many heads nodding away in e audience!! =X) den came choir.. n when it was band's turn we had to leave to prepare! but we went to e backstage to listen.. they are like super good!?! plus the music they were playing was so grand! oh my i think they can beat singapore's bands hands down. and toru said they were 5th in japan/tokyo i cant rem which but i dont dare to think of what no. 1 will sound like. haha. tetsuro was e oboe soloist (: but actually this standard should be quite expected considering that they practise everyday. -.- n they worry abt their standard dropping from not practising for a few days.. when we count by weeks.. ok i guess this explains a lot. haha. but hearing them play just inspires you to want to join band too... i want to migrate to japan n join band! haha. x)
finally it was us.. i found out how irritating it was to blow suona with a blazer and cough. -.- extremely. oh well i shall just skip our performance. anyway i had an interesting view of the audience from my point of view. hehe. like ppl nodding off while those sitting next to them tried to avoid their heads. lol. oh n there was a girl crying (a little) after we finished Dango! gave me such a shock! anyway i realised after that tt the girl was quite "drama" in the sense tt she seemed to be quite sensitive n showed her emotions in pretty extreme ways.. =X
had to sit through many long speeches.. n i started aching from my left shoulder down to my hand. -.- i think i'm getting too old for such things. hahaha. (skips through stuff......voila!) the school song!! ((: oh my it's such a different experience listening to a handful students sing alone and a while theatre of students sing with the brass band.. even the former was quite impactful because they sang so loudly and in such a patriotic way! multiply tt number by 100 and add tt powerful brass band in and you can feel the song resonate throughout the theatre. the rhythm was so strong n i just felt so overwhelmed by the atmosphere! at tt time you just wish that you knew the song too and that you could sing with them cus you can feel the honour n pride the students have in their school song and you just want to be part of them. (oh no i just feel like i'm rambling on and on and no one will understand me but it's just so hard to describe what i witnessed and all the feelings......) [anyway, luckily they didnt ask us to sing our school song because we'd have been an embarrassment. boy did we feel ashamed of ourselves when thinking of the scene of our assembly every morning]

oh well.
all good things must come to an end. (temporarily)
we packed up and went to take group photos and gave gifts (bookmarks n nj bears) to our student guides.. i ended giving one set to the emcee as well. haha. (e shengyu lookalike) he looked so shocked when i wanted to give him the presents. hehe. tetsuro n toru gave us their e-mails (: justin started the whole tie exchange thing n ichanged mine with tetsuro! haha their lazy ties are interesting. plus i think their's look a whole lot better than nj's one o.O oh n tetsuro gave justin an oboe reed but when justin wanted to give one of his shaozis we werent allowed to get off the bus anymore. T.T
so we sat at our seats n waved (japanese tradition) to all the staff n students until the bus drove out of the school.. it was so sad to think tt our stay at the school was so short n that we didnt get to spend more time with the students.. sigh.
but i definitely enjoyed every bit of my time during the exchange! (:

hopefully we can meet all of them again next year (:

yay today was an interesting day x)

met yuxing at jurong point in e morning to shop n we went to eat crystal jade! heehee. (: my bowl of noodles was scary. =X met liting at tanah merah late because i had to buy stuff. oops. poor liting was starving.. T.T

changi airport was pretty fun cus we went to swensen's n there were A LOT of funny things tt happened! ((((: from julius? to yash to chris wong. hahaha. n ah yong. LOL. if anyone wants to listen to long long grandmother story abt this must ask me. haha partly cus i'm lazy to type here n also cus i need to save stories to tell ppl when i've got nth to do =X

went to viewing mall to look at takeoffs n comment abt how we like SIA e most n got jealous at ppl using i-squeeze. lol. kept walking around swensen's for a particular reason den went to take skytrain. haha. and a child almost took yuxing's balloon =X

finally left at arnd 5 n i went to queensway while yuxing n liting went to tiong bahru. i almost got lost! haha luckily an old couple n a lady gave me directions :D
looked for my shoes for a VERY long time.. went to dunno how many shops before going back to e very first shop. haha. walked around e shop for very long too but all e shoes tt i thought looked very nice were all very ex lor. like reaching 200. den i cannot buy. haha so sad. i settled for this new balance shoe tt is grey n white n light lime green. haha. (: phew finally i bought my shoes.

yay i remembered what i wanted to blog abt le all thanks to jingxin. haha

i went out shopping with my mum today!
i practically had to drag out of the house cus she was so unwilling to go out.. >.<
anyway. we ended up at jurong point. haha
bought some clothes n was walking around when we ended up in a shoe shop (i think it was the royal sporting house. i cant remember.)
anyway we were looking at e shoes n i was like considering some shoes (i am super picky. haha)
e salesman kept coming over so i finally asked to try one shoe. it was too big so he went in to look for e smaller size. BUT. there wasnt any more of my size. oh well.
so i tried another design. it was too small. he went back in again to look for e larger one.
n he came out looking rather paiseh cus also dont have tt size le. by then i was already laughing cus it was like i was being so picky abt e designs but it still turned out tt there wasnt my size whichever one i chose. oh well.
i tried another design. too big. he disappeared back to e storeroom.
he took AGES. i was already joking with my mum tt he was too embarrassed to come out to see us liao cus maybe there also wasnt my size for tt shoe. he took so long tt e other salesman had to go in to help us check on him. lol.
i guessed correctly!!
haha he came out with tt same shoe tt was too big n before he even told us tt there wasnt e size i was already having a laughing fit. lol. i think he was also super paiseh.. haha. so we gave up n left. haha i was like laughing non stop cus i think it's so ironic how i was considering for so long which design looked better when it turned out tt i didnt even have a choice. =X

Funtasia!

i admit that i'm wasnt exactly very happy today..
mainly because my stupid nose ruined everything.
i totally didnt expect to get flu today.. prob cus of all the time put in for the preparations i guess. i just assumed i'd live through everything n finally get enough rest after tt. i havent really been sleeping enough recently. everything we did was supposed to ensure the smooth running of e stall on e actual funtasia itself but no one expected peijia to come down with fever n me flu. haha. i guess it's time for us to rest. =X yien is e strongest! haha. healthiest. maybe i should try walking 3 bus stops home everyday too =X

anyway i'm really sorry to s16 for not being able to help with e bbq cus the smoke was really really very irritating to my nose n i can hardly stand there for more than a minute T.T

ended up spending more time at co's sushi stall partly cus of the fresher air there.. got panadol cold at ntuc but 2 tablets couldnt help my nose n some cleaner threw e rest away. -.- oh well. couldnt help much there too partly cus i dont know how to make n also cus i'll prob contaminate e sushi with my virus. wahah. was rather drowsy too.. rah. so sian. i hate being ill. so i was like stoning there most of the time........ -.-

i feel a little cheated by that mother's love photo in my previous entry. cus i was looking at the pics again just now when i saw that the child's "apparently deformed or diseased or cracked" hand did not exactly seem to be totally his. -.- cus if you study closely it looks more like a glove that ended just before the photo ended. i was super sian diao when i saw that la. cheated me of my feelings (sympathy for the child). rah.

the concert went alright, considering the fact that everyone was very nervous.. >.<
i guess it's no use harping on any flaws and what matters was that we tried our best during the concert itself? hmm.

guanyue n alvin n zhiwen n e yewtee ppl went to kap for supper after e whole thing. guanyue was just sitting together n talking la.. haha. but i was listening more than talking. hmm.
finally left at arnd 12++ cus i think we realised tt there were prob going to be no more buses in service... -.- i wanted to wait for 157 but it didnt come n ziwei managed to flag a taxi (with a sunflower. -.-) tt was headed for jurong so me ziping n ziwei shared cab home lo. haha. reached home at arnd 1230. by the time i removed e make up n bathed n did lots of random stuff and went to sleep it was going 2am. haha. i think i'm super inefficient. >.<

had co camp ystd (even though it seemed rather weird cus it was only a day camp >.<)

played games in e morning - all e games were quite random. haha. n e mass game basically just became a waterbombing session. justin n huichueh tried to bomb me but i was running arnd. haha. den when i was sure tt it was safe to stand near justin (cus he had no waterbombs in his hand) zhiwen bombed me from e back. -.-

had secret bridge session with yanping n vincent n jingxin after lunch. hmm had sectionals after tt but jingxin n me spent like 90% of e time trying to xiu1 e new shaozis tt mr wong gave. just when i thought e shaozi sounded pretty ok mr wong help me tang4 n it felt weird again. haha. but he gave me another one tt was SUPER easy to blow. so easy tt i kept sqeaking when blowing it. apparently he wants me to lian until my mouth is relaxed when blowing or smth like tt. haha. at least i wont feel as tired when blowing all e songs now. heehee (:

suona's pizza-for-dinner totally backfired cus we couldnt leave dazu to call n even if we did we had no idea wat time dazu would end n wat time e pizza would arrive etc so eventually we were left starving in e lt when everyone went to canteen for their dinner. T.T FORTUNATELY a nice suona senior went to coro to help us buy chicken rice. ((: n mr lum was nice enough to practise dango first so tt we had time to eat (: but we were like eating super fast cus didnt have much time n i felt like puking. so i didnt exactly finish my dinner =X oh well.

anyway we went for suona supper after prac. haha. had icecream at venezia. (: yumyum. we left pretty early at arnd 9:40? though cus i needed to reach home by ten. (cus i just got scolded on fri for reaching home late so needed to be a good girl n go back earlier ystd) ended up reaching home at 10:15 but didnt get scolded! haha. cus i'm good at changing e topic =X

hmm havent updated on napfa yet. haha. it's my proudest results since primary school.
miraculously i managed to run 14:10 for 2.4 n it's a B. tt's like 43 secs faster than my sec 4 timing.
anyway thank u jac! for running with me. haha maybe u didnt realise but there were so many times during the run when i was very tired n felt like giving up but because u were next to me n u didnt stop running/ slow down it was a kind of positive pressure on me to keep up with the run.
haha but in tt last 40-50m? or so i really couldnt catch up with jac cus she suddenly sprinted n her strides are simply too big for me. haha.
i was going through my sec 1-4 napfa results recently n i realised tt my 2.4 timing n standing broad jump has been improving but my inclined chin ups are getting worse! rahh. in sec 1 i could do 20 n now i can only do 16. to think i thought i could get A. T.T
anyway i didnt fail or get D for anything so i'm not complaining. (:

anyway i rushed over to hc after chem prac today at around 4:40? .. felt dumb cus i took bus from school down to coro n walked back to hc. i think i'm unconsciously training myself for 2.4 tmr. (trying to find excuse. haha) waited for vivien in the fishtank with the other 410 people.. n e birthday girl finally appeared after a loooong long time.. but after tt still kena forced by her to buy e charm for e blood marrow drive thing.. $6. haha. i realised tt all e money in my wallet disappeared super fast today. where did it go ar. i really have no idea. i think i went to school with like $70+ ($30 is yx n lt's ticket money. not counted. haha) . ok so it's $40+. n now i think i only have $20+. this is crazy. my money is leaving me too fast. T.T rahh.
anyway this is besides the point. the point is tt i met my ex classmates again. haha. bek is still so crazy! (:
maybe i'll crash ac on fri n wear yx's uniform to study with her. hmm but i think if i do tt by the time i settle down to start studying it'll be time to go home. hmm it's been rather tiring these few days.. esp thurs night cus me alvin n jiesi were busy chiong-ing e pub stunt till 3am.. wow i broke my record for sleeping late (due to sch work. chalet not counted. haha).. so e next day i was like dying cus my first lesson was pe. T.T surprisingly i was slightly more awake after tt but it only lasted a short while.. haha. at pw even though i felt quite ok (as in not sleepy) but everyone keep saying i look lost n dazed n sleepy... >.<>
went to ac after sch to meet yuxing n liting for Aristal.. hmm. it felt rather odd to be in ac cus felt rather out of place.. nj always got other sch ppl pop in here n there so it's ok but in ac it's really only me.. T.T so awkward! nvm it was very fun seeing yuxing liting bekwuay tong shizhen jayce geyi chengwei again! n xinling!! heehee it was very fun hugging her cus she just came out from her dance studio? n she was very cold (: as compared to tt boiling hot weather.. haha.. oh ya still got dominic (even though he couldnt recognise me -.-)..

tried to sneak into e lib after tt to see tong n cw (who were at detention) BUT e moment i entered e second level i got spotted by the teacher n even though i sat down n tried to hide behind cw e stupid teacher called out loudly "nj girl, what are u doing here? come here." n it was super paiseh cus the teacher was pretty loud so i think everybody in e lib prob heard her.. -.- den i bo pian must go over.. she was like asking wat i'm doing in e lib.. say i'm not supposed to be there.. den i tell her i dont know. so she said now i know den must leave. hmph. ok lo so i left. sigh. hmm anyway we also realised tt it was rather late so me yuxing liting n bek left ac.. n i had to hide between them cus scared security guard also ask me stuff. so for e last 10m we pratically chiong-ed out.. haha.

went to holland v for dinner.. i had noodles at crystal jade! haha we were blur n went into e wrong crystal jade cus we wanted to eat la1 mian4 n xiaolongbao but we went to the xiao3 chu4 so no choice we had to eat there.. >.<>

sped up at e end cus there wasnt enough time n we still had to get flowers.. e uncle at e shop was rather funny.. yay n he was nice so give us discount of one buck cus we told him tt we wanted to split cost btwn 3 ppl. haha.. so in e end we got lilies for jac, gerbera(dunno how to spell) for youxin, carla? lily for peixuan n rose for yuanyuan.. it was very nice! (: it was also pretty interesting to see 4 different dance groups perform together like tt.. i was also busy trying to spot e ppl i knew.. cus all look different with all e make up n costume.. haha. only jac dont need to strain my eyes also can see.. haha. >.<>

hmm. actually i was thinking of a lot a lot of things during Aristal.. like.. the dancers worked so hard to make this a successful performance.. just to put up a perfect show for the audience. i started thinking about our co concert.. sigh. n i was suddenly very scared.

i'm scared of disappointing the audience.

sigh there's pe tmr n e much dreaded napfa on sat. hmm maybe e 5 stations one still ok.. next week 2.4km run is e worst still i guess.. T.T plus my last pe lesson was last fri.. so my muscles have all turned into fats n i bet they'll be aching like siao if i do napfa after a hiong fri pe.. >.<

went to braddell with chinying n amelia to meet ziping to set up booth for japan trip fundraising.. e rest came later.. though we prob didnt earn as much as we would have liked to, i think it was really fun knowing new ppl (like e soyabean guy n the cedar girl n e ex njcian n his friend. (:) but.. i still think it was a waste tt no one wanted to buy e pigs n e pepper n salt holder. T.T rah.

had co in e morn.. went for co lunch together at kap and saw a group of 20+ year olds embarrass themselves in kap by having a mc donald's birthday party. -.- hello. they could have broken all e mini chairs in the room by just sitting on them. not to mention tt the height of them when they're seated is actually e same as children standing. n they were playing childish games n dancing e chicken dance. one poor soul even had to stand on e table n dance in front of the glass window, where e entire level 2 of kap had a perfect view of him. even e little children sitting behind us were saying stuff like "i can't believe it! they're so childish!" n we start wondering if the children are too mature for their age. >.< da1 shan4-ed a little girl behind n found out tt they were having a birthday party for their friend.. (but their's were at a table, not in e children's room) i think the 2 birthday parties should have switched around. -.- in e end e little girl gave me a piece of fries. how sweet (:
